Obituary of Edna E. Patrick

Edna E. Patrick, 87, of Bridgeton, died on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp. Edna was born in Bluefield, VA to the late James E. Patrick and Fanny Lockhart Patrick. She had been a resident of the Bridgeton since area 1957. Prior to her retirement in 1980, she had been employed by Owens-Illinois Glass Co. in Bridgeton for 23 years. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Hopewell Twp. and loved her church family and children. Surviving are a sister, Mary H. Vest of Bluefield, VA and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by seven brothers, George G. Patrick, Bowen T. Patrick, Edward B. Patrick, Wilburn H. Patrick, Zeddie L. Patrick, Vernon E. Patrick and Howard L. Patrick and two sisters, Margaret L. Hansen and Zelda Louise Hale. Memorial services will be held at the First Church of the Nazarene, 350 West Park Dr., Bridgeton on Saturday, January 31st at 4 PM. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Edna’s memory to the First Church of the Nazarene or the Alzheimer’s Association, Executive Center of Greentree, 3 Eves Dr. #310, Marlton, NJ 08053.
