Obituary of Anna R. Watson

Anna R. Watson, 92, of Dividing Creek passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Inspira Regional Medical Center in Vineland. The wife of the late Daniel W. Watson, Sr., she was born in Stow Creek Township to the late Amos T. Richey and Maud Sheppard Richey. She had been a Dividing Creek resident for 43 years and had lived in Upper Deerfield Township prior to that. Before her retirement, Mrs. Watson had been employed with the former P.J. Ritter Co., M.C. Schrank Co. and the Siebel and Stern Co. all in Bridgeton. During World War Two she had worked at the Ferricute Machine Co. in Bridgeton producing aircraft manifolds for the war effort. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Dividing Creek. Surviving are her seven children, Carolyn Erhart of Millville, Darlene Brown (L.C.) of Hopewell Twp., Jean Munyan (Linwood) of TN, Edward Watson and Debra Williams (Glen) of Dividing Creek, Connie Adamini (Ricky) of TN and Marilyn Preston (David) of Dividing Creek; a sister, Gertrude Williams of Woodstown and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sons, Lewis Watson, Sr., Daniel Watson, Jr. and Leonard Watson, Sr., a daughter, Patricia Watson and her brothers and sisters, Lewis, Amos, John, Albert, Lester and Charles Richey and Verna Maxwell, Myra Munyon, Elizabeth Weisgerber and Maud Marich. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Wednesday, February 18th at 11 AM. Friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services. Interment will be made at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedarville.
