I just received the news about Joe and my heart aches. Joe was the Manager at the Bridgeton Office when I began working for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services in 1975. He was intelligent, strong, kind and a great Boss. Joe taught me so much about the agency and customer service. Under his management I was a Vocational Rehabilitation Aide until 1984 when I was promoted into the position of Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Since his retirement I have not worked with anyone like Joe Frolio. Rest In Peace "Joe".
