Obituary of Margaret J. Table

Margaret “Gam” Table, 88, of Upper Deerfield Twp. died on Friday, September 18, 2015 at her home under the care of hospice. Born in Vineland to the late Lavinia Mulholland, she was the wife of the late Edward “Ed” Table. Margaret had lived in Upper Deerfield Township for the past 70 years and prior to that she had resided in Vineland. Before her retirement, she had assisted her late husband, Ed, in the operation of Ed’s Body Shop in Upper Deerfield Twp. She had attended the Orchard Road School in Vineland and was a graduate of Vineland High School. An avid bowler, birdwatcher and gardener, Margaret was a die-hard Phillies and Eagles fan. She was a member of the following clubs and organizations; the Bulldog Rouser Club, the Busy Bee Club, the Coffee and Doughnut Bowling League, the Yard Sale Committee, the Upper Deerfield Fire Company # 3 Ladies Aux., and the Golden Girls Gang. She had also won a Powder Puff Motor Sports Race in which she was very proud. Surviving are her two sons, Edward “Jake” Table, Jr. (Diane Miletta) of Upper Deerfield Twp. and Robert W. “Dinker” Table of Upper Deerfield Twp.; her daughter, Brenda Table-Giorno (Rodney Hamb) of Upper Deerfield Twp.; six grandchildren, Kelly Table-Miletta and her husband Bruno, Edward “Jay” Table, III and his wife Gina, Georgie LeVari and her husband Matt, Kati Mossbrook and her husband Robert, Brianna Giorno and Nathaniel “Nate” Hamb; six great-grandchildren; her beloved dog, Jordan and her bird, Harry. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Cook and a brother, Paul Karstensen. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 26th at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the service.
