Obituary of Barbara Miller

Barbara Miller, 61, of Newport died unexpectedly on October 24, 2015 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland following a brief illness. Born in Bridgeton to Anna and the late Charles Matish, she was the wife of Charles Johnson. Barbara spent her childhood in Fairton and had been a Newport resident for over 30 years. Barbara had been previously employed by Wildwood Linen in Wildwood. She loved to read Sandra Brown books and doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoyed doing customer surveys on the internet. She is survived by; her husband, Charles Johnson of Newport; Her mother, Anna Matish of TX; her sister, Charlotte Pangburn of TX; her brother, Charles “Chuck” Matish of Laurel Lake and her cat, Putty-Tat Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 2nd at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 160 Main Street, Cedarville at 11 AM.
