I either lived next door or across the street for most of my life. Prior to my mother, Nellie DeMarco's death in 2017, Lena was my mother's best friend. She was a wonderful neighbor. I will always remember Lena out and about walking her dog. Within the last year or so, Lena gave me some hand crocheted hats and an afghan which I will always treasure. May she rest in Peace!
