Upon reflection of the sorrowful demise of Joyce, cherished memories flood my mind. Her kind disposition would touch hearts endlessly. Our shared companionship as grade school friends with her daughter Brenda had me witness the essence of loving harmony in their home at Fairton during several overnight stays. The poignant image of her engrossed in reading, radiating utmost contentment left indelible impressions depicting the quintessence of serenity and love she shared with her beloved husband.
