My name is Alice Hughes Loew. I remember Alex so well growing up. At one time he drove tractor and trailer for my dad, Walter Hughes, hauling mail from Philadelphia to Atlantic City. I remember that he was the best and most reliable driver my dad ever had. In recent years I saw him again at the produce stand and he remembered me. Such a nice man! I am sure you will miss him.
